Unsafe, or anyone hurt? Call 911. On a 400-series highway or the QEW? Call 511.

Call, or send the short form: where you are, your vehicle and what you need. Share your GPS location with one tap.

Approved operators who hold Ontario tow certificates who cover your area all get your job by text at once.

The first to accept gets the job. You get their company name, their number, their ETA and their price by text.

They boost, unlock, change the tire or bring fuel. You pay only for the work, at the price confirmed before it started.

Ontario requires tow operators to hold a provincial certificate, and we only work with operators who do. Before an operator can take TowXpress jobs, we check:
No guessing and no chasing. Every step comes to your phone by text from the TowXpress line.
Example messages: the company, numbers and price are made up.
Boosts in frozen driveways, lockouts in parking lots, tire changes at the curb and fuel brought to wherever you stopped.

You send one request for a boost, a lockout, a flat tire or fuel, by phone or online. We text it to independent operators near you who hold Ontario tow certificates. The first who can come takes it, and you get their name, number, ETA and price by text.
No. Ontario's towing law lets only certified tow operators offer or arrange a tow, so TowXpress handles roadside help only. For a tow, call a certified tow operator directly: our towing page shows how to find one and what to check.
Sending a request is free. The operator who takes your job texts you their price before any work starts, and that is what you pay for the work.
It depends on where you are, the time of day and the weather, so we won't promise a number. The operator who takes your job texts you their ETA, and if nobody has taken it within a few minutes, a person at TowXpress calls you.
We only work with operators who hold an Ontario tow operator certificate, and we check it, with their insurance, before they get a single job. You can check any operator yourself on the province's registry.
In the GTA those highways are restricted towing zones: only the province's contracted company may help there, so TowXpress can't send anyone. Call 511 if you are safe, or 911 if you are in a live lane or in danger.
Stay somewhere safe with your hazards on. If traffic is close and it feels unsafe to get out, stay inside with your seatbelt on. If you're in danger or anyone is hurt, call 911.
You pay the operator for the work, at the price confirmed before it started. Ask how they take payment when they call.
Call, or send a request. It takes about a minute.
